:drive:Definitely not Pro Touring  But maybe the cleanest original one out there. Has 4000 miles and has been stored for the last 46 years. I took it to my house to go through it and get it drivable again. Original everything except the battery; wires, plugs, oil, air filter, belts, hoses, etc. 2.8 V-6 and a 4 speed. Original paint. They've owned it since new from Socal, put about 3300 miles on it, drove it up to Oregon when they moved, and then parked it since 1980.
Has the original C70-13 tires on it, and they looked basically new. No cracking, but I did pick up a new set as driving on 52 year old tires can't be safe.

She also has a 99 Lincoln with 1800 miles that's never been registered or titled. Wish my Father in Law had been into muscle cars...

That's crazy clean. Why did they park the Mustang II all these years?

My Father in Law decided he didn't want her driving it after they moved to Oregon. Not sure why.

Holy Time Machine Batman. I’d be afraid to drive it, not because the tires, but because I’d be afraid some idiot would hurt the car. I hope you end up with it because you’re a car guy, and would appreciate the originality of it. A normal person out there would tear the car up trying to “upgrade” everything about this car that doesn’t need upgrading. I love stuff like this.

We had one of those as a driveer's ed car in high school, with a manual transmission.

This is just too awesome. WOW!! That Mustang is cleaner and looks better kept than my 2022 Tahoe.

It is amazing how a car like this can take you back in time.

It really does. My brother had one back in the day. It's just rare to find one in this condition, but they're out there.
