Made from .160" thick aluminum this bracket set allows you to install a pair of 4" speakers in the stock factory location without modifications. The aluminum won't flex and move around like plastic. Available for 1967-69, 1970-81 Camaros or 1970-79 Firebirds with or without speakers. Includes install hardware. Can also be used to mount 3.5" speakers or a pair of tweeters.

Just bought mine this past week. One of those “while I’m in there” type of things doing the re-wire under the dash.

We added more speaker options to our dash bracket, you can know get the bracket with Pioneer, Kenwood or Rockford Fosgate speakers installed. All 3 have been installed in a car to verify fit. On a AC car the duct work can make the job frustrating but the new speaker set up is actually smaller than the original so that helps some.
