I have a 69 Camaro with a Snper equipped 350/700R4 and I’m having problems with the cooling. I have a 3 row aluminum radiator and fan shroud, replaced the water pump, thermostat, swapped out the old fan with a 2500 cfm fan and I can’t keep the temperatures down. The only thing I haven’t replaced is the radiator, can that be the problem? It was new in 2009 and I don’t have hardly any miles on it. I do have a 4 row stock radiator I can try.

When does it overheat? Idle, cruising down the road, all the time?

Is the Sniper controlling the timing? Has the timing been synchronized? If the Sniper is not controlling the timing, what's the timing at idle?
