Ackerman and steering rack relationship

If I move the entire steering knuckle/spindle forward because of additional caster, the rack to knuckle relationship is now changed. This is on a front steer car, a Gen5 Camaro with MacStrut front suspension.

Does the ackerman change by moving the rack forward as in my situation? If so, is it now more pro-ackerman or more anti-ackerman?

In the below pic you can see how the tie rod end is pulled forward in relation to the rack & pinion.

I couldn't remember how that worked so I found this. I only skimmed the article but the picture at the top looked like front steer.

For a rack-and-pinion steering system, moving the rack forward in relation to the outer tie-rod ends will reduce Ackermann. Most dirt late model cars use the rack systems. So, we don't have the convenience of only having to improving our Ackermann effect in one direction, it must be correct for left or right turning of the wheels with those cars.
