I know we all want to get our hands on project cars but were are folks looking?
I found a 67 chevelle on CL but that was it. I tried Ebay Bring a trailer.. I don't have FB.. but would create an account if FB market place was a good place to look...
I follow rotting classics on Instagram and I see these cars.. and all I can think of is how do I get to them

Facebook marketplace is the new Craigslist. There is also a lot of groups that cars are posted for sale on.
I resisted Facebook as long as I could but ultimately joined to gain access to Marketplace and project cars.
You will not get access to the marketplace as soon as you join. At least I didn’t. You need to be actively posting with friends before you can get access.

Facebook really is the best place for project cars now, and at times it's also a temptation I don't need.. it's a shame you can't get access to marketplace and messenger without all the other crap that comes from FB

I’m pretty careful about friending folks on Facebook. First sign of any political crap etc I unfriend them. I don’t see a whole lot of crap as a result. You can also just look at the Marketplace and not look at your feed.

From a personal perspective, it will be a cold day in a very warm place before I return to FB.
I search CL and other sources (racing junk, etc.) but at this point, I'd rather miss something than return to FB.
I'm sure I am not the only person with this perspective.

I'm browsing right now without logging in. You could always ask a friend for the contact info on an ad if you don't want to create an account. Or, create a BS account using a throw away email address.

Good luck man!
Great friend of mine who lives up in Bedford works at a resto shop (More porsche and BMW related). Seems like some nice shops in the area.
