Has anyone used this front coil over kit from Detroit Speed on a first gen Camaro?

Any opinions or have you install them?
Thanks!

Hi Wayne,

I've installed them as part of the speed kit 2. Install was straight forward, hardest part was clearancing the spring pocket. It wasn't too bad since I had the front sub frame stripped down and could turn it upside down to access. See page 3 at: https://www.detroitspeed.com/img/product/description/1967-69%20Camaro/Front%20Suspension/1967-69%20Camaro,%20Firebird,%201968-74%20Nova%20Front%20Coilover%20Conversion%20Kit.pd f

Hi Ron, how do you like them? I'm thinking of going with the DSE single adjustable shocks.

Thank for posting.

Hi Wayne,

I can't comment on their performance as I'm still in the build stage of my car, but feedback I've heard from others is good. One thing you want to check is the weld quality around the shock support to frame as I've heard of one failure of the stock sub frame.

When MCC did my frame he welded up all the seams on the frame. But thanks for the heads up.
I'd like to find out how much it would be to get the Speed Tech chicane setup installed. If anybody had it done if you could let me know a ball park figure I'd appreciate it.
