I have a Chris Alton chassis with about 2000 miles on it. It is a very long story, but a few years back a customer had me install this subrame and a 600HP 496 in a 69 Camaro for his 16 year old kid. We put his car on the lift, droped the 350 and original subframe as a unit, installed the 496 in the CA subframe as a unit. When the had the car a couple months, he shook it out before the kids B Day and realized the kid was going to kill himself. So before his b day we put the 350 and subrame back under the car and I made a deal for the motor and frame. I kept it around and planned to put it in my street racer, but decided the weight difference was not worth cutting my VERY welded subframe out of my car.

The frame is in excellent shape, I am repainting the frame because it has been sitting. The only modifications to the frame are we lowered the engine mounts almost one inch, and modified the crossmember to fit a TH400. I will sell it cheap enough to leave plenty of $$$$ to buy whatever crossmember you may need.

I will take $3500 firm for it. I will shoot some pictures when I get a chance.
