Does anyone know of anyone in the market for this beauty? It was appraised at 130K. I have it insured through Hagerty for 120K. Barrett Jackson... Problem with BJ is that I would incur so many costs to get there, participate, plus his post sale fees (especially for a reserve price car) are highway robbery. I just can't afford to play in that arena.

Most everything is no-reserve now, not even sure he does reserve auctions anymore.

If you try to list that car at Mecum now they will give you a bad # but if you go to them and show them the car they WILL make room for it. It is a Bad A$$ looking car and would do very well at Mecum. :thumbsup:

It's a niche market. The hardest part is finding someone who absolutely must have the car but also has the money to pay for it.

You should try. E-mail some pictures to Dana Mecum, he is the owner. I would think he would try to give you a favorable number if he is able, it is a very nice car, and I don't think your price is out of line. It is going to be a great event from the looks of the consignment list.

I called them yesterday and was told I'd get a call back but didn't yet. I'll have to call again Monday and ask for his e-mail address unless someone has it...

KRUSE auctions is having an auction at barrys speed shop in corona california. the info if up in the events section. 250 to run the car throught the auction pluse 10% the selling price i beleive. not sure about any reserve issues but i am sure either barrys or the kruse web site can help you...................i agree.........absolutly phenominal car my freind! i am popping one for you. :captain:
