part number is 70-72 Chevelle
I talked with RB and said that it is the same hinge for 68.

I couldn't bring my self to cut them up to fit the Impala.

Looks like the part number he used is a Summit Racing number, not Ringbrothers. Actual RB part number is 1052-22682 NF (https://www.ringbrothers.com/1968-1972-chevelle-hood-hinge-kit-air-frame-steel-natural)
