What y’all think? Seems like it could be fun banging gears in this thing.

Firebirds with small block Chevys don’t have much market appeal imho. Be prepared to own it for a while if you ever decide to sell.

I’d be more into it for the driving/fun factor vs. collector car status.

I think that's his point to. If you buy it make sure it's what YOU really want.. don't settle. If you do settle on a firebird it'll be harder to sell later. Most looking for that body style usually lean towards a camaro. Which comes back to resale, the firebirds for some reason just don't have the appeal so you'll be sitting on it longer to sell it if you ever plan to.

Make sure you check it thoroughly because to have to fix major body panels after the purchase will put you upside wrong on a firebird. I've seen a lot of members buy a "solid" car to have to redo tons of body panels.

Hope you find a car for looking for. If the firebirds what you want go for it. Just check it over as best as you can. Even if it means hiring a professional to appraise it properly.

I test drove it. Was pretty bad ass! Clean frame off with alota nice mods. I’m kinda regretting not pulling the trigger. Someone else got it :(
