My dad has a 78 trans am we built and he is looking todo an ls3 swap on it. Anyone recommend a good shop in northern ca?

We are in Redding but willing to travel to San Francisco or Sacramento area. Looking for a good trustworthy shop,That does nice work.

boonedog....I have a buddy in Bay Area Benicia...he had a shop at Sonoma raceway and has done several LS swaps, has an insideGM tech guy to final tune, and is OCD to the max (in a good way).

https://www.lsswapmasters.com is in Concord and Steve the owner has done tons of work for my '68 Camaro and did the LS swap for my friends '69 that is pictured on the site.

Could also call Gearhead Garage and get an idea of what they’d do it for (haven’t used them, but a lot of people do in the Northern CA/Sacramento Valley area).

Thanks for the recommendations Dayton and Dave. Just got the car in the shop today. Nice car and good people for sure. look forward to this one
