Wondering if anyone had any tips for drilling holes in a first gen camaro deck lid for a rear spoiler. I see places sell a paper template has anyone used one of them? I was thinking of making my own template any tips would be much appreciated.

I did it just a couple of weeks ago, I used the measurements from the web because I could no longer find the template I once had.
My only advice is to be very confident with your centerline, reference it to the window, fenders etc, the trunk is not reliable, or mine wasn't, it wasn't symmetrical after being gapped.
I hope that makes sense..

Measure three times, drill once.

I used the paper templates, it worked out fine. Suggest you have the deck lid installed and gapped so you can eyeball first...

Who did you order your spoiler from? I just pulled mine out of the box. Looked at it, and through it in the trash. It was complete JUNK!

Mine is an NOS spoiler. But I know the feeling i pulled my aftermarket front spoiler out of the box and feel like throwing it out as well!
