Photobucket has came to its senses?

I read on another forum today (gasp) that PhotoBucket has released its grip on its hosting charges, and has released everyone’s pictures. Anybody confirm this?

Yes, it happened a while ago. So glad I never pulled mine down, now all hot links in my build threads are good again.

I guess they realized that the cash cow didn't roll in like they thought it would from trying to strong arm people.
