Has approximately 100 miles on it since being assembled by Wheel to Wheel. Will be complete from pan to throttle body, including the Electromotive Tec 3 EFI system with coils and W2W custom stainless turbo headers.

Dart block
Callies crank
Oliver billet rods
Pro Topline 23 degree aluminum heads
Crower stainless roller rockers
W2W custom turbo grind cam
Holley Stealth Ram and throttle body
65# injectors
Vintage Air front runner system complete with alternator, ps pump, a/c pump
Powermaster starter
Electromotive Tec 3 system with sensors (you will need a new harness) info here: http://www.electromotive-inc.com/products/tec3.html

Basically you supply the turbos, wastegates, fuel system, and wiring harness $350) and this is a turn key deal. Already tuned.

Cost to build would be app. $20K.without turbos, and about $25K with. Like new, approximately 100 miles on it. I'm going to put my turbo LS2 in the car or else I would keep it. Runs excellent and very strong. Should be in the 800-850 HP range at normal street boost levels with the ability to turn it up for the track.

Option 1: $12,500 complete. Turbos, wastegates, and downpipe not included. The Vintage Air unit and Tec 3 are $4500. alone plus the custom W2W headers are several thousand dollars.

Option 2: $16,000 with turbos, wastegates, and downpipe. The Innovate liquid cooled ball bearing turbos are $2000 each plus $350 each for the wastegates. That would be $17,200 plus the wastegate plumbing if you bought them separate from the engine, so you'll save another $1200. as a package.

Holy Shiite Batman- somebody needs to jump on this... Unless you're 'in the industry' you aren't even going to come close to duplicating this for 12.5K. Think of the $$ in all the plumbing, machining, etc.

Assuming you could get two turbos ($1K each, 1.4K if ball bearing), the two wastegates ($600 for both), and get some stainless downpipes made- ($500 w/ Vbands welded on). That would be a twin-turbo mill with TONS of power for under $16K.

And for those that don't know our gracious admin- he is one hell of a guy to deal with. I bought a trans from him last month; it arrived in packing that the MARS lander would have been proud of.

My 402 LS2 turbo engine from the GTO. Just modernizing it a bit.

I have plans for this car, hopefully should be cool. I'm way ahead because of the awesome engineering that Mark did when he built it, so I don't have to do the big dollar stuff. There is nothing wrong with the current engine, it is brand new, built by a great builder and runs very strong even at low boost. But since I have this other engine and wasn't able to sell it unless I wanted to give it away, and the LSX engines are very cool I've decided to go ahead and swap.

I could do that also which would make it real easy to do; just need intake plumbing from/to the intercooler and a downpipe.

Just changed the original pricing to include an option with the turbos, wastegate, and piping. Now it is a bolt in other than connecting your pipes to the downpipe and plumbing the intake hose.

Yup- I went the cheap non-ball bearing route thinking it was setup that way... I should have known. My BB GT42R was 2200...

That 16K is a great deal- plus no waiting!

Jody, having you around, behaving like this, makes it much easier to explain my projects to Michelle and have them sound relatively straightforward and inexpensive. Thank You! :D

The 67 is still here and is set to be shipped to Norway. The new owner just e-mailed me this morning and now wants to buy a Dynojet, so the car may be sold again. He was going to let it go for $9300, less than he paid.

Stuart,

The LS2 is a stroker (402) and has 11 degree heads and is purpose built for turbocharging. Can handle 1000+ HP easy. Of course I'll be doing a few things visually to make it unique.

Steelers......... yeah baby!

Jody, did wheel to wheel build the LS2. What is in your new GTO? Your car will be SO cool when done.

W2W did the LS2. It was in the GTO briefly but quickly ran out of tuning options at the time. So I pulled it and put the stock engine and a Magnacharger on for the new owner of the GTO. The LS2 will now go in the Chevelle.
