Just wondering if anyone in San Diego, CA has a rear end jig that I can borrow or purchase. I'm getting ready to weld my axle brackets to my 9" and want to make sure the rear end housing stays straight. I may be willing to take it to a shop to weld if the price is right. I currently have the brackets tacked into place.
Thanks in advance.

When do you need it by? I'll be back in San Diego at the end of September and I have a Mittler Bros rear axle jig that you could use if you want. I'm in Clairemont but won't be home until Sep 29th or 30th.

Thanks for the offer INXS2. Sept 29th would be cutting it close because I will be using the car in engagement photos. I've been thinking of purchasing this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Deluxe-Rearend-Narrowing-Fixture-with-Rearend-Ruler-For-9-inch-Ford-Rear-End-/232466002898?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&nma=true&si=Trun35DNEboClgTCEYC8LF0iI5k%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc), but still need to get a precision bar. I may try to get away with very good tacks since the car will be towed to the location anyway.
