Got your attention??
I'm wondering if this new 10 speed GM/Ford transmission can be bought and fittet with an universal transmission controller??
Will it hold up on a 1000 HP blown small block?
Advise?

Not really advise, but a comment. Anything, I repeat, ANYTHING can be done if you got the :G-Dub:

I wanted to use that trans in a high hp Riviera but the engineers said it won't hold together under high hp.

I haven't seen a "universal transmission controller" before.
Most of the modern transmissions have inputs from the BCM (body control module) & make it difficult to control.
My immediate thoughts are: no, and no.

Thanks Dale - you've talked me out of it. .
I better go with a 4R70 from Lentech.
Any where else to pick up something of that sort.?

I wonder why not since its in the new supercharged ZL1 Camaro.

New ZL1 is not 1000 hp.

If I would like to find a 6R80 on Ebay and modify it to my power needs is the Mustang and F150 item same thing?
Hope there are a few Ford people in here too :-)
Thanks again
