Going in a 67 Camaro with an aluminum LS 454 engine making around 700hp at the block. Vehicle has vintage air. I also live in South GA and during the summer the temperature stays around mid to upper 90's. I'm looking for a LS Swap radiator that will do what I need it to do with built in fans and an overflow tank connected. This will be for an automatic transmission so I need the trans cooler built in as well. Budget is under $1200.

I've looked at Griffin that Matt sales, but some people love the Griffin and some have leaking issues. If it was just one, then I would say fluke, but I've read multiple of people have had problems with theirs leaking.

Entropy is another interesting piece, but also had some negative reviews and I'm not sure if it has a built in trans cooler or has the overflow tank that can be mounted to the side.

I'm leaning towards PRC right now as I have put my hands on them at Turkey Rod Run.

Anybody else have any feed back to help me out before I take the plunge this week? Thanks guys!

Have you looked at Ron Davis Radiators?

Whatever you use make sure you use some type of rubber mount system and you will lessen the chance of leaks.

Thanks for the imput guys, I ended up ordering a C&R unit. If you are in the market, get it from jegs since they offer free shipping while C&R does not. Saved about $50. I really liked the PRC as well, but with living in South GA, I didn't want to take any chances.

I've been eyeing that new C&R unit as well, looks awesome. Good to know about the free shipping. Give us you opinion when you get it and of course include some pics!

Do you have a part number or link to that c&r unit? I've installed two griffin with attached fans and I've been happy with both. I'd really like to see the Entropy units.

Here is the part number to the C&R unit that I ordered. 10-00001 Here is a direct link to their website. https://www.crracing.com/camaro_firebird_radiator_module_67_69_2_pass_ls_en gine
Shipping from jegs took it about 3 days to arrive.
I havn't installed it yet, but first response is this thing is massive and unbelievably well built. It was a little more, but I have no worries what so ever about trying to cool the car with this unit. I'll try posting some pics from my phone.

What is everyone doing for an overflow tank? Do any radiator suppliers offer an overflow tank as part of their package?

I bought a 15" billet aluminum overflow tank off of ebay. I'm going to mount it to the front corner of the vintage air condenser. That way it is hidden or atleast not in the main part of the engine bay.

Has anyone used Holley's frostbite radiator? Wondering what you thought.
