Hi: New guy here, I do not have a typical Lateral G type of car but relate to the concepts. I like my cars to be good driving machines, handle well and have sufficient horsepower. I have a '57 Chevy with a 327, Holley MPFI, 700R4 trans, and so on. I have upgraded the suspension with tubular A arms and a sway bar in the front. In the rear sits an 8.5 posi ten bolt with 3.73 gears, Cal Tracs and a sway bar.

My second car is a '51 Studebaker Champion Starlight Coupe, with a Holley TBI fuel injected Weiand 177 blown 350. It also has a TH 400 switch pitch and Gear Vendors overdrive with a narrowed 12 bolt housing 3.55 gears. It has a first gen Camaro sub frame with Global West A arms, Guldestrand sway bar. Out back I am using stock leaf springs, Cal Tracs and believe it or not a later model stock Studebaker sway bar. The Stude has not hit the streets yet but will soon, I hope.

I look forward to interacting here and learing a lot! And yes, I like blue!

Welcome Larry from a fellow Dallasite. We love anything on 4 wheels around here. You have 2 sweet cars there. Keep us updated on the 51 Studebaker. I'm in your part of town often as my wife loves shopping at the Galleria. LOL!!
