Is there a better setup out there being offered for my A-Body? I see there is pretty much everything for camaro's. I know I can get better A-arms but maybe a rack setup or something else??

A quick ratio box off a 9C1 Caprice police-package car, or a Jeep GRAND Cherokee is a direct bolt on. All you need is a different rag-joint.

92-98 4wd.

You'll also for either of these boxes need adapters from the old style flare to metric O-ring power steering fittings.

There's a TON of good info here:

The above link is from Jim Shea, an engineer at Saginaw. That's the first link on this page... all excellent info :) http://jimshea.corvettefaq.com/?page_id=5

Rack really isnt all 'that'.

There are better steering gears available that feel, in my opinion, better than rack. And to go along with this, there are the AFX spindles with the new A-body steering arms.

Yeah, the rack was just a passing thought. I have looked at the ATS stuff and may give it a shot. I will be towards the end of the year before I get the frame ready for the new parts so I still have some time to do more research. I've decided against any air bag type system cause I drive like a fool :_paranoid

Let's not forget the new 670 box we have now. Same feel as a rack, but fits in the factory location. Check it out in the products section of our website.
