I'm finally getting around to assembling my sub frame, I know I need to use a 3/4x16 u joint, but I'm trying to figure out what the best route on this,

I see CPP make a Collapsible steering shaft that goes from the stock column to the rack,

Then there's Speedtechs version, which you get the adapter from factory column to the u joint to the rack,

just picking some brains while I'm home assembling this,

Talked to Scott, I'll check with Jegs, also, working on other parts as well,

Anyone have any certain experience with stainless u joints, good, bad, indifferent?

I know I'm not the only one on this site that's used a aftermarket sub,

Which did you pick? I just went with steel because I intended to paint it all black, if stainless I would have wanted to polish it all up...
