I wanted to praise Ridetech, thank them publicly for outstanding customer service and in my eyes going above and beyond expectations!

This week I discovered I had a HQ Coilover fail on the rear of my car. The upper mount came off the shock shaft, luckily it all stayed in the car. I called Ridetech and spoke with John Johnson and made arrangements to send them the damaged shock. I was told they would either repair or replace the shock. Shipped it out and they received it on Wednesday morning, that same day they sent me a new shock. I couldn’t believe they handled it that quickly and on top of that at no cost. Keep in mind I bought my shocks back in 2011 but only got my car legal last May. My expectations were blown away as I was expecting to pay something to get it repaired/replaced.
Thank you Ridetech and Bret Voelkel for going above and beyond!

I was able to get my car back together last night, the ride is so much better now and I was able to do a little testing. 0-60MPH!

That's the difference between top notch companies, like Ridetech and other companies that only want to make money. Of course, top notch companies want/need to make money, but they see the larger picture and want to keep a customer for life. Other companies merely exist and their only objective is to make money only and could careless about customer service. One thing that has existed since the beginning of time and that is customer service and it goes a long way.

That's awesome. Customer service is a lost art these days it seems. Always great to hear about good customer service out there.

I'd agree with them being a top notch company. I had an issue where I didn't even know there was an issue. They took the time to sort it out and repair a set of defective coil overs. They definitely have your back down the road, not just when you commit to buy.

I have Ridetech's triple adjustable coilovers on my Chevelle. Hadn't finished it yet and it'll be a while before I do....LOL!! Glad to know I have a company's parts on my car that'll stand by their product.

I was at a Good-Guys event when I damaged the cable that runs from the display to the ECU that controls my air ride set up. I knew Ride-Tech had a display there so I thought I'd amble by to see if I could borrow a cable to get my car up to a drivable level.

I explained my situation to a tech there, and he said hold on a second and he disappeared into a trailer. He returned with a brand new cable and said "take this, it's yours to keep."

I offered to pay for it but he wouldn't hear of it. That happened 4 years ago and I've bought 2 more systems from them since. Top notch products and support.
