Soon to be released new functionality - the Trac-Pac(TM) Sequential Shift Light is getting a programmable RPM switch output. Use it to trigger an air-shifter, activate a nitrous solenoid, etc.
If you didn't see the earlier post, the Trac-Pac shift light is a sequential or multi-stage light that you control with a smartphone app using Bluteooth wireless technology. Set each stage, several different modes available.
A unique feature to this shift light is that using the Bluetooth connection, the shift light transmits RPM data to the app for real-time charting, or logging to a file for later analysis. This helps you optimize your driving and measure the difference any changes you make have. If you're using the RPM switch to control nitrous activation, you can see in the data if the nitrous is hitting too soon and causing traction loss, for example.
The RPM switch functionality is already implemented into the shift light, an upcoming app release will enable it to work.
