That's not a 3rd brake light. It's an Energy Suspension decal like what's on the quarter panels.

Never mind, I see it now. I thought you were talking about the red decal in the bottom of the back window. I didn't see it at first in the spoiler. Pay me no mind....:computer: LOL!!
