Just wanted to say hello to the board/forum
This place rocks and I'm hooked even without a car...yet.
I'm coming over from M3's and 911s but now I've decided to go this route as a Fastback Mustang has always been my "unicorn". After realizing that EBMC, Maier Racing and MeanStreets is in my backyard I felt now was the time to get one and have fun changing the car to how I've always dreamt it to be.
With that said I've found a car in the Monterey area and was wondering if anyone had contacts to do a PPI on it? Obviously I'd gladly pay for it as well. Looking to see how this forum goes in regards to local meets or drives as well.
Hopefully someone can point me to the right person for that PPI.

Link to the car I'm looking at.
I'm hoping the car is well sorted out as I want a "ready" car for enjoyment.

Welcome! I work in San Ramon.
I also used to have M3's and a 911.
Definitely some great local people we have here.
So what are you wanting to do with this or another car?

Well for now I plan to just enjoy flat out driving the car....I know I'd like to do a more modern suspension setup right off the bat. I guess I'll see where it goes from there...but whatever car I end up with it'll be driven for sure.
Flash- Good to hear about you and the other members being local to me around here. I'm looking forward to checking out a drive/car meet in the future.

Was it a red one?? I think I came across it and asked about it but he mentioned their was another person in front of me working out the financial details and it was considered sold. But thanks for the notice.

Welcome and good luck with your search and build. I'm helping my friend with MOD parts on his 69 mustang. Great company to work with. They've been very helpful with my questions and their parts look great.

Make sure you come out to GoodGuys in a couple weeks (November 12th and 13th). Mike Maier Inc will be well represented in the autoX. I will be running my 63 falcon with full MOD suspension, Mike will be running Old Blue, Brianne will be running New Blue. I'd be happy to give you a ride if you want to see what these cars can do with some upgrades.

Hey John, thanks for the Blackhawk C&C heads up. I've gone to a couple meets there 5-6 years ago, wasn't sure if it was still around. Good to hear it is.
Good decision on keeping your Fastback. Looking forward to meeting you and others.
