Monterey Historic Races this weekend

Anyone else going? I'm driving my 1973 Cuda up from Santa Barbara. I'm only going to the races tomorrow, Saturday 9/20.

Anyone who has been before have any recommendations for drives/food/etc? (aside from hwy1) Think I might do Carmel Valley Rd.

Here is all of Saturday's classes. My group is USRRC group 5. Group 7 is Can-Am, Group 8 is Trans-Am Both had their 50th Anniversary this year.

I was just going to post that link. Great racing! Wish I would have posted earlier so I could meet more folks out there. I'm guessing you had a bit more fun than me but it was very enjoyable. Carmel Valley Road is rough!

I like the Carmel show on the avenue on tuesday. The little car show in Pacific Grove on Wednesday. I think Thursday or fri is the muscle car show in PG which is nice. They do a tour after, but it is tough on the crowded roads.
