Can anyone tell me how to put pictures on my c drive in my posts?

upload photo the photo bucket or some online photo sharing deal then use the tags to upload photos

Does it have to be hosted on a site? I already have them on Google photos and it didn't work. Do I have to use one of these other sites?

Use the inset Image button in the response box its the one that looks like a mountain and sun in tool bar

I was trying to use the manage attachments this time and upload the picture, but it says it's too large. Do you know how to resize it? Or how to make sure my phone takes them at the correct size? I have an android. Maybe that's my problem?
