I would give that a 8.5 on the pucker factor.

And here I thought you had to have snow to be able to use a snow machine.

Wow thats pretty damn huge  If it's the hit i'm thinking of it's takes some skill (and some stones between your knees) to hit that on a bike, let alone a sled.
Any of you guys catch the Red Bud race on TV? That track has the biggest jump of any outdoor tracks that I recall. More than a couple 450 pro riders came up short and blew wheels up. Not even sure the lites guys were attempting it. When a factory built 450 with a pro rider hits it wide open and still comes up short, it's a HUUUUGE phuckin jump. :willy:

Was that taken at the unadilla national a few weeks back?
I races amature day at Unadilla back in 94 if I remember right. That track is full of rocks and was full of mud as well during my motos. LOL I was a begginer back then but the buddy I went up there with got second overall in the 250 B class.

The name of that jump is Gravity Cavity and it's one of the heaviest jumps on the AMA motocross circuit. The Red Bud jump is called Larocco's Leap after Mike Larocco and it's about 120ft. Before the 4 stroke revolution, the 125 class guys couldn't make it (except for a few exceptions- Ricky Carmichael, and Bubba Stewart). Gravity Cavity on a sled in just insane though. Great pic.

thats not the gravity cavity . it's closer to start and it's not a jump , just a steep drop and back up again , but you do get a bit of air coming up the backside though. the jump pictured is the huge 120ft. table top coming out of the back section thats neer the second track they use for weekly races. either way he's nuts doing it on a sled.

I stand corrected. I thought Gravity Cavity was made into a table.

That's just sick. It's the landing that gets you on a sled. Not the same suspension travel as bike.
I was right down the road in Unadilla a few weeks ago visting Great Grandma. Interstate 88 nearby got washed out during the flooding.
