We are going to be changing the front nose and getting rid of the large spoiler

We will also modify the rear bumper to get a better fit and paint body color.

It still looks great.
This is the first test fit of the customer supplied Stangaholics front apron. I had to do a lot of fiberglass grinding to clear the electric fan. It still needs to go down on the right side and up on the drivers side.

To get the front end to line up better Brian had to adjust the fenders.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v393/rusty428cj/Paul%201965%20fastback/DSCN3306_zpsbxlna3ux.jpg
I had to add a little filler to match the fenders

Brian cut the ends off the bumper and lined up the center
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v393/rusty428cj/Paul%201965%20fastback/DSCN3286_zpspdbbxaac.jpg
Since the bumper was narrow we had an old bumper that he cut out a section and welded to the back

Reshaping the end

Now he can screw it together to test fit

After a lot of welding and grinding

The bumper came out looking flawless! What else do you have planned besides the front end changes?

That's all we are doing and it goes back to the owner.
I added a couple of L brackets that will bolt to the radiator support

The tucking is nice but I do prefer a chrome bumper on these cars. Owner's choice though, and defnitely cheaper than rechroming ! My local chromer starts at $850 for a bumper.
Getting closer

The owner is waiting for the Stang-aholics upper grille and surround to come in

Paul picked up the car Saturday and fit the new grille when he got home. He is still waiting for the black surround.
