Good thing no one was hurt. I'm sure they'll build it even better next go around. I wonder if they had any type of fire suppression system?

Ugh, glad R.J. wasn't hurt, human life's hard to replace. I'm not 100% sure but I'm thinking SCTA/Bonneville requires 20lbs of fire suppression for the class they run, you'd think it would stay in the car all the time.

One of the articles I read said that the car does have a fire suppression system, but that the flames overtook the car so quickly that RJ did not have time to initiate the system and had to get out of the car.
