I need a complete set of glass . I don't want to use the factory tinted that I have because I don't think it will go well with my paint (to bad as it very nice).
Can anyone suggest some reliable vendors

I used the factory green tinted glass on my red car and once it's on the car you never see any shade of green at all, nice glass.

Check with these guys. They actually manufacture auto glass for OEMs and operate a division for classic cars.

smoked glass on cars is too dark which is why the DOT doesn't allow it in production vechiles, (at nite its difficult to see out). So the smoked glass offered by vendors is somewhat lite (as compared to whats available in tinting)
Another option is ordering new Pilkington glass in clear and having a good quality film installed by a good quality shop....Techically its only legal to use the film (darker films) from the shoulders back (as long as you have right and left sideview mirrors)....

do we have any sponsors that offer the pilkington glass or do you have to buy it from them direct?

Check with Matt at Matt's Classic Bowties and see if he is a dealer for Pilkington glass.

I second checking with MCB, great prices if they carry what you need.
Fesler also offers glass kits too, not sure if they offer smoked glass though.

Pretty sure Matts sells JRD. So does Muscle Rodz. I've bought a lot of my parts from Mike at Muscle Rodz. He builds cars and uses the stuff he sells on them. So he knows what works well and what doesn't.
Either place will give you a great price and service. Two top vendors IMO.
