Brake pedal returns way to slow ,when engine is on . When off its hard after 1" or so of travel and returns fine.
Bench bleed MC and system A dozen times
When I bleed the MC it was installed on firewall and pedal goes deep as it suppose too and returns perfect no binding.
When I put pressure on pedal while engine off and than turn it on pedal goes lower , seems normal...
Booster is holding vaccum
At driveway speeds it seem to brake good
Pedal travels about 3" when pressed . Normal ?
Everything seems ok but the pedal return is terribally slow.

My setup consists of DSE unit willwood proportion valve , 100% SS hardlines except hose from body to rear end . 14" willwoods up front 13" on rear .
Had pedal to booster rod at disk / drum hole but now drilled new hole a bit lower for optimum line of travel ,
Slotted / opened up hole at firewall plenty to eliminate any binding.

I pulled out unit today plugged exits coming out of proportion valve , removed boot from booster
Plugged up vacuum line at engine and still seems to return to slow but hard to judge because I don't get a lot travel do to plugged lines

Here's a video clip ..

How long ago did you buy this? Call them, they have changed the boosters and that isn't a problem anymore.

Assuming you have checked all other potential bind issues.

Bought this back in late 2012, spoke to DSE , they have gone above and beyond the call of duty , amazing service over there.

Thanks Keith ,
