Thought i'd introduce myself in my first post. I've heard a lot of good things about this board so I thought I'd drop in.
I own a 62 Dynamic 88 394 rocket and a 62 Corvair. Also I'm an Art Director and Photographer for Street Thunder Magazine.

Happy to be here

My First question: Does anyone have a Disc Brake kit (front) for 62 Olds?

Would any of the kits for a 61-62 Chevy work on that Olds?

I'll throw up some pics of the Olds as I get them. It is in a sorry state right know, but we all must state somewhere right.

Will you have it at Car Craft? (yep, I know, it's not your magazine's event, but it's a great time)

That olds is an X-frame car, correct? If so, any '58-64 impala kit will work :)

My brother has a kit on his '60 impala from "Auto City Classic" in Isanti, MN.
It uses a bracket that bolts between the stock spindles and steering arm (moves steering arms inward the thickness of the plate... toe-in needs to be set after installing) and Camaro/Chevelle 11" rotors and calipers. I think it also came with a Camaro/Chevelle master cylinder, and a new 9" booster.

*edit* (almost forgot) welcome to Lateral-G
