Does anyone have any experience with Russell Aluminum fuel line adapters?

summit racing part (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=RUS%2D639200&N=115&autoview=sku)

I'm looking to run an aeroquip line from my stock fuel line to a mechanical fuel pump.

pros/cons, advice and thoughts appreciated

I too have been dealing with the routing of a fuel line, and I am waiting for my fitting to come in the mail. I have been using Earls' products, which are under the control of Holley. They make many many AN adapters for just about any combination you want to create. You can purchase these parts on Summit's website as well, they seem to be a quality product to me.

Also, for the fitting you are looking at (hardline to AN fitting) Earls seems to have a little bit smaller profile than Russell's in my opinion.

I use the Earls part. If memory serves the Russel is female only while Earls offers male as well. The advantage to using a male adapter is that a standard female hose end, which is easier to align, can be used.
