I figured I might as well call it For Sale from the start since I sell all of them once I get close to finishing.I sold my red car to buy this car from a friend.I had started a build thread on before on this car,it started as a rust free 57,000 mile Daytona Yellow,307 powerglide car completely 100% origional other than a respray in the 70s.We had the car blasted and stripped down and had already bought a large amounts for it.I have already installed DSEs Quadralink, subframe and have a good start already on the bodywork.I picked up an LSA supercharger to put on the LS 416 engine built by Steve Allen Racing.Parts list so far include 416 engine, tremec TKO 600,Moser 12bolt,Wilwood brakes, just ordered a new set of Boze Lateral Gs from Zak@ Boze.Interior is going to be done by Hudson Rod and Custom which includes Feslers door panels and custom metal console.color still undecided,I did not get any pics when we picked up the car but here are a few of the body stripped and Quadraling installed and a few of how it sits now,The wheels pictured have sold and plans to upgrade the brakes to 14" all around.http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image_zpsc58dd760.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image_zpsc58dd760.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image_zpsb72c14a8.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image_zpsb72c14a8.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image_zps12e79ad5.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image_zps12e79ad5.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image_zps373d5c28.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image_zps373d5c28.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image.jpg8_zpshw2nl2hg.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image.jpg8_zpshw2nl2hg.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image.jpg6_zpsqtnbgdna.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image.jpg6_zpsqtnbgdna.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image.jpg5_zpsgxjavgik.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image.jpg5_zpsgxjavgik.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image.jpg3_zpscrordeq1.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image.jpg3_zpscrordeq1.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image.jpg2_zpskp9ksak7.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image.jpg2_zpskp9ksak7.jpg.html)

I dig the interior. But why were the door panels unfinished? Is that so the body work and the panel will fit better? Not trying to knock it just curious.

not yet working on my car much, but trying to finish another project,my buddy bought this car and I stripped it down and completely redone it.It got a stroked LS3,minitubbed,new wiring, wheels and tires and custom interior.I painted it a couple weeks ago and hope to get it buffed and put together starting next week.We are planning on finishing it in time for Columbus Goodguys in July.http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/IMG_0346_zpsq78lyfog.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/IMG_0346_zpsq78lyfog.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image_zps14d2xoug.jpeg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image_zps14d2xoug.jpeg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image_zpsqbop0hi7.jpeg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image_zpsqbop0hi7.jpeg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/image_zpsjyjfanzt.jpeg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/image_zpsjyjfanzt.jpeg.html)

Jeff, Thanks for the input, on my current build (70 Camaro) I am running all DSE equipment, including their frame/engine mounts, which on a second gen, move the motor back 1". The stock pan on the LSA wont work. DSE does list the "F-body" pan as a part that will work. I was just curious if I was missing some advantage to running a MAST or Holley piece?? I can get the GM stuff super cheap through a friend at a dealership...so that is probably the direction I'm heading.
Keep up the good work!

Picked up a couple LS9 engines, also got a new Mcleod RST clutch and Quicktime Bellhousing.Got my engine mounted in car for now to start trying to figure all this plumbing out, first time working with the supercharged engines.Putting the other engine and trans in a 1971 Chevelle.http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2018_zpsfhxpfsq4.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2018_zpsfhxpfsq4.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2023_zps3kg7oltk.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2023_zps3kg7oltk.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2019_zpsijjlmkvw.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2019_zpsijjlmkvw.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2022_zpsuujbygno.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2022_zpsuujbygno.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2026_zpsrwalbf94.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2026_zpsrwalbf94.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2025_zpsz5nv8ets.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2025_zpsz5nv8ets.jpg.html)

Spent some time welding several holes up in the core support and inner fenders and put a new firewall in, this is the new firewall that Dynacorn is now making, got it and other parts in black primer for now.http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2020_zpsahhqz5gu.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2020_zpsahhqz5gu.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2021_zpstmdepooo.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2021_zpstmdepooo.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2024_zpsigywdbwv.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2024_zpsigywdbwv.jpg.html)
They have had that piece out for awhile, first time I have seen anyone use it. How do you like it? Is it an overlay or cust the old out and weld this one in?

I had seen it advertised also but never had seen it so thought I would try it,I cut my firewall out and welded it in,I did just weld it over the upper cowl/firewall.I like it really well, still need to drill for my ac/heater hoses and wiring harness.

It's a JCG Restorations part. Chris was hand making these for his first gen customer builds and then he sold the design to Dynacorn to start stamping them. If you go to the JCG Restorations website, they actually sell a billet plate with the A/C ports that fits right in the rectangle stamping on the passenger side.
Here is a 7 year old thread, post #206 shows the first firewall he ever made along with the billet A/C plate.

made a little more progress, got the radiator from Entropy, the inner cooler is from C&R Racing.Concept One makes the A/C comp. and bracket which is a great product that is such a tight fit for these engines.http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2017_zpsqy7suvkm.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2017_zpsqy7suvkm.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2029_zpstebpjy6f.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2029_zpstebpjy6f.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2028_zpsh3iyyc9q.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2028_zpsh3iyyc9q.jpg.html)http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa339/tubbed69/car%20pic%2030_zpsee2gaorf.jpg (http://s1192.photobucket.com/user/tubbed69/media/car%20pic%2030_zpsee2gaorf.jpg.html)

Jeff, any reason why you did not choose a C&R radiator to complement their inter cooler? Also, using the Concept one, did it clear the DSE subframe? if so which DSE engine mount kit did you use to achieve the clearance?
thanks

I already had the Entropy radiator before I bought the LS9,The Concept One setup is great,it has to be used with DSE Subframe and 1.5" setback engine mounts. Its extremely tight but is very nice.
