Jeff's beautiful 1956 Bel Air was built by Chris Holstrom Concepts and earned the GM Design award for "Best Chevrolet Exterior", at the 2015 SEMA Show! It's powered by a 480+HP LS3 with a Precision Metal Craft intake mated to a 4L80E transmission and rides on an Art Morrison chassis, Strange coilovers, 9-inch Ford rear end, Baer brakes (with 6P calipers and E-Stopp parking brake), Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, and Forgeline CF3C Concave wheels finished with HTM centers and Polished outers. This is a beautiful car. Many may not agree with me, but the 56 is my most favorite year out of the Tri-5's. I love how the molding carries from the rear quarter all the way thru to the front fender. I know most like the 57's, but Id kill for a 56....love them.

I'm with you Marcus. The 55 and 6 cars are my preference compared to the 57s. This is a fine example. Congrats to CHC on the award. Well deserved.

Thanks guys. Super fun build with a great client! Dynomax/ Rancho are always fun to work with. This is five years with them.
