Does anyone know if this hood is a readily available piece, and if so, who makes it?

Not sure if the hood is readily available but I remember there was extensive metal work being done when that car was built. The car belongs to pro skate boarder Josh Kalis and was built by All Speed Customs. Here is a link for some more info.
