I know you took some pictures of the frame as best I'm sure you could. What I would recommend is you do some digging to get to the birdcage of the car and see how it looks. You can pull the kick panels out and look behind them. Take off the A pillar covers and look behind them. Open the wiper door, gently pull up on both sides and it should open, and take some pictures at the base of the windshield in the corners. Another spot would be behind the seat on the B pillars at the bottom. Take the t-tops out and see what it looks like under there around the frame. You may have to pull some of the chrome molding off.
The condition of the birdcage will make or break the sale. A frame is an easy fix. Breaking apart the entire body to replace a bird cage is not. Being able to prove that the cage is good will be a good way to increase the value of the car. I'd also do what you can to show the body from the backside or under side in the front and rear. Most body repairs only concentrated on the top side.
Just some suggestions to help you sale the car. I'd love to get my hands on a 69 coupe. Good luck!
