I forgot about the Rick's Stainless tank with a brand new CTS-V fuel pump set up and vaporworks that was built for this chassis.

Also includes the pulse control module to use a returnless style fuel rail.

I'd also be interested in trades.

Easy - I was able to build something else that does what this would do, when done, in the time between this and other stuff.

There's a few deleted posts, but I thought I'd answer it, even though I don't have to.

For the record, I guess folks think that I've just let this rot. So very far from the truth.

Parts alone:

12K in carbon fiber body panels - some that takes 1 year + to get.
6K in the trans and clutch, with Wilwood clutch MC and billet remote cyl- 6 speed built to handle 1400hp
6K in brakes - All Baer - can run GM Carbon Ceramic if you like. C7 front, custom radial brackets in the rear to run a C7 caliper/rotor on the 5th generation hub/ebrake/knuckle.
8K in tires and wheels - Spec'd for this body, tires that will handle anything you can throw at it.
5K in black anodized billet - everything that Ring Bros and Fesler makes for a second gen Camaro. Includes other custom billet aluminum brackets for the column mount, master cyl, clutch cyl, more than I can remember.
9K + in the IRS - Computer stress and cyclic modelling, Ford 9", electric locker, cryo'd gears, cooler, pump, custom control arms, 1400hp axle shafts - It will handle anything you can throw at it.
2K in gauges/controls
3K in leather race seats, carbon fiber panels, harness, carpet and headliner.
2K in an aluminum radiator with dual fans and controller. Custom carbon fiber close out panel, too.
2.5K for Rick's stainless gas tank, CTSV fuel pump, wiring and control module.
More incidentals like a complete stainless bolt kit, stainless plumbing (brakes, fuel, HVAC) etc - 3K +


Happy to provide all the receipts and pictures to the buyer.

There there's: 120+ hours in the shell alone - since I picked it up in April.

Two new NOS quarters -the re-pop ones partially welded on were junk from the get-go
Two new DSE tubs, extended for the 2" flare
Two new NOS inners


We wide bodied the car. 2" each side - there a boat load more to it, but come take a look at it and we can discuss what's been done. We fixed everything wrong with it.

Do final body work, paint and assemble and it's easily a 100K + car that will win shows and be competitive (with the right driver) in any races people do here. I just don't want to go there. I have other personal projects to play with. We have a diesel K5 to finish and a 58 Diamond T "motor home" to start. This was supposed to be fun for us. If we're going to work, I'd rather get paid for it.

So, thanks for the opportunity to clear the air. This build's been done twice. First way, you can see the pics... he trashed his name, I provided the pics of his work and quotes of his communication. Everything been factual, as you know.

To be very clear:

The guy that did the "first" build no longer has any work in it, beyond the steel in front sub frame we fixed - We ground out iffy welds, went over them and made it ready for race inspection, used different front shocks and upper control arms. Closer to what Art Morrison, DSE and the other pros use.

The "guy that did the second build" is another shop, mine - our principle fabricator's gone over this top to bottom. Guess what, we actually worked with the manufacturers and researched everything before touching the car. It's all been stress tested, structurally analyzed and race readied to several competitive organization' standards. As an example, there is not a single weld that's been ground. The car is certified for NHRA, SCCA and a few others.

So, with a few personal cars that are done, why would I keep this one when I don't need it? Why would I finish it at my cost, when I have no interest in it?

As for finishing the build, sure. We can. Show up, tell us how you want it done, leave a deposit and it will done within a month. It will be one bad M/Fer with your own personal touches. Alternatively, if you like, we can ship this to any shop you trust. I like Vince at Mean Steets or Paul at Dutch Boys. They gave me very fair estimates to fix the work.

So, how can we finish it for you?

Hey JJ, just to be clear, in your FS ad, its says no motor or tranny, but in your revision you mention the tranny as havin 6k into it. Is it now for sale with the car or optional?

I'm currently looking for a 74/75 911 to do an RS clone on, but i'm interested in yours (i've got a "kinda" nice 2nd gen, but really like where this one is going)

I need to fix that. Yes, the trans is included. I thought I'd need it in my other build, but went paddle shifted 6L80E. Thanks for asking.

Forgot, a complete swain coated (in and out) exhaust in 304/409 stainless is also included, with headers for an LS. Engine and transmission mounts are as well.
