Bret's '69 Mustang was not built to be a showpiece, but rather a serious track toy and a development vehicle for RideTech suspension components. And he uses it as such virtually every weekend at events all over America, often proving that a quality air suspension can also be a legitimate track performance setup. It is powered by a 630HP 427ci fuel injected Lingenfelter engine mated to a Rankin NASCAR 4 speed transmission. Believe it or not, it rides on air suspension consisting of RideTech triple-adjustable TQ ShockWaves with RideTech StrongArms, in the front, and AirBar triangulated 4-link with TQ ShockWaves, in the rear. Brakes consist of Baer 14 inch rotors with Baer 6R 6-piston calipers at all 4 corners. Traction comes from Falken Azenis RT-615K tires (315/30R18 at all 4 corners) wrapped around 18x11 front & 18x12 rear Forgeline ZX3 wheels finished with Matte Black centers and Brushed outers.
