So I look around the industry and it looks like everyone is hiring right now. So what is going on? Where are all the fabricators that like to work on cars? We are getting so many people with little or no experience wanting a job but no one with any skills out there. There has to be some good guys looking for work out there. Where do you guys find your employees? If you know any good techs that are looking for work please send them our way. We need some great fabricators ASAP. Thanks guys

The good ones are either content where they are and staying put or going into business for themselves probably.
