Description:

I am posting this for a friend of mine here in Las Vegas, please contact Jerry with any questions

I have a low mileage LS2 engine with 35k miles in it. The motor is a 6.0L LS2 bottom end( hd crank & connecting rods w/ floating pin pistons) with a LS3 top end (new GMPP cylinder heads and LS3 intake manifold setup).
I was building this motor for my 1969 Camaro, but changed directions and decided to use an LS7 instead. This motor would also be great in a sand rail or hot rod. Estimated crank hp is 550. It is a Gen IV motor with a 58X reluctor wheel.
It does not include a wiring harness, computer, fly wheel / Flex plate starter etc.

- The cylinder heads are brand new #823 castings from GM Performance Parts (part #12629063) and have the hollow sodium filled valves
- Comp Cam for rectangle port cyl heads specs: 229/236 dur 623/617 lift 112LSA
- 12 Point head studs
- GM MLS head gaskets
- PAT #8401 Dual "Gold" Valve springs kit with titanium retainers.
- Comp Cams Trunion upgrade on the Rockers
- .080" Wall 7.4L Chromoly Pushrods
- new GM LS7 Lifters & lifter trays
- Pistons have been fly cut on intake side for the cam
- New take off LS3 intake setup with LS3 42# fuel injectors & fuel rails and beauty cover
- New take off water pump
- Corvette balancer
- ARP harmonic Balancer bolt
- Corvette LS3 oil pan (center sump, shallow pan)
- Taylor spark plug wires
- LS3 coil pacs with harnesses & brackets
- LS2/3 vented pcv valley cover
- LS3 coolant steam port line

Great price on this fellas.

Thanks Scott!

You are correct, this is a great price, more power, better parts and cheaper than a LS3 crate engine!

I am running a similar engine (larger cam & TB) in my 68' Camaro and just built the same spec engine for Curtis' (SpiffaV8) 67' Camaro build
Great power and still maintain drivability

Thanks Jeff for posting this for me! I have been really busy. I was planning on putting this motor in my 69 Camaro but came across a decent deal on an LS7 so I have changed directions a little. If anybody has any questions about the motor you can PM me or call/text.
