Hi, does anyone know whats happening over at DSE? I made an order on their website on March 7th. I payed with VISA, but they never withdrew the money. I got a mail confirming the order and never heard from them again.. I sendt an mail asking about my order on March 25th to [email protected]. They didn't answer that one either. Hope somebody can help :shakehead:

I think its best you call them to get a status update. They are as legit as it gets. What did you order?

Try calling them. They've answered the phone every time I've called.

I have had quick service from them too, it was nearly a year ago, but I ordered a part to use for a custom piece and they called almost immediately after I clicked the order button and told me it wasn't the right part number for my car (which I knew, but I thought it was cool that they called and made sure).

They probably won't charge your card until part is built and ready to be shipped,great customer service so please call them.

They called me to notify me of parts coming from NPD because of changes in the design of their selecta speed wiper motors. I'd call them to see what's up at least you will hear from them direct.

They are probably building a run of the parts that you ordered. From a ton of past experience with them, I believe they wait until the parts ship to charge your card.

9 hour time difference, a few dollars for a call....doesn't seem like much of a hurdle. Unless I'm missing something

Hi guys, they have reached out to me, It will get fixed. Was just a bunch of smaller parts I ordered. I know they are the best there is, so I was so surprised they didn't get back to me on my mail. I posted this on the Vendors feedback forum, don't know why it was put up in the Open Discussion. I'm not out to bad mouth them, I love their work and their Products. If I had a GM or Mustang I'd totally DSE my car :)

It was moved to open discussion because you were asking for feedback from the members, and the vendor feedback section doesn't allow the members to post, only the person leaving feedback and whomever they left feedback for can post. :thumbsup:

Glad everything is taken care of, DSE is a top notch operation.
