I would like to find one that connects all 4 spots into one, but I think it is like a unicorn.
Or, looking for one for the front two ports, that the hose connects straight up on the driver's side.

Maybe not exactly what you're looking for Scot, but C&R makes a nice unit.

Older LS1 engines have them, but depending on what intake manifold you are running, it may not clear. I know the LS6 intake has a hard time.

You don't need the rear steam lines. How about just using the OEM set up.
Works great and not expensive.

GM deleted the rear stem vents for a reason
They only used the 4 port design in early Gen III engines, then deleted/ blocked off rears due to air/ steam pockets going to highest point and purge out front ports

GM deleted it to lower the production cost and lower the part content, not having the rear stem ports will work fine on a completely stock engine that only sees highway use. Once you start increasing horsepower and using the car hard it becomes necessary to have all four corners vented. I've cut trashed heads apart to look at the water jackets and you would be amazed at how bad they are. Cylinders 2&7 do not have a complete flow path around the combustion chamber so water flow is not very good on those 2 cylinders and makes them prone to developing steam pockets which leads to detonation. Imho this is why you see so many engines that blow up the #7 cylinder.

We sell these units that you could hook up at all 4 corners with -4 line and have dual steam ports put in the radiator or water pump.

Those are cool, but $50 each. Maybe there is that much machining in them to justify that cost, but I cant justify over $200 for 4 of them. I'll figure out something with stock setup. Thanks

Here is my solution:

I tapped the holes and used 1/8" NPT to -4AN adapters at each port, then 90* hose ends for push lock style hose. The hard part to find was the -4AN cross on the left side (front of the engine), but I Googled and found it at an aircraft supply store. The front attaches to the water pump.
It's quite a list of fittings, and it all adds up in cost quickly when you are putting it together.
I've read different stories on whether this is an appropriate way to go about it, but as best I can tell it seems to be working. It's one of those things that I'll probably never know for sure unless I have a problem.
