Looks like it could be a nicely done Camaro http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chevrolet-Camaro-standard-1969-chevy-camaro-custom-pro-touring-restomod-built-ls-2-6-speed-mini-/151622603982?forcerrptr=true&hash=item234d6954ce&item=151622603982&pt=US_Cars_Trucks

Is there anyone in the San Jose, CA area that could take a look at it and provide feedback about it, please?

Thanks Ray

Also they are trying to get fame off of another car that was built and this one supposively matches it.

That car is at Classic Car Fusion at Club Auto Sport. I've looked at it in person and its a nice car. I am, however, a terrible judge of what a car will sell for.

FWIW, they have it on craigslist for ~$85,000.

Edit: here you go. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/4932297790.html

The car seems to have a lot more done to it than they are listing in the adds also.
Couple of concerns I have are the brakes really Bear because the fronts have either been repainted or had some type of decal added?
The intake is it a cover to make it look polished or chrome or is one of the china import ones?
Is the suspension what they are claiming?
The tail light lenses are they the billet ones that a couple different companies make and do the RS tail lights work?

Definitely not an $85,000 car.

One of the Baddest 69 Camaros you will find for 85k. Seems like a deal.

Are those like 13" wheels on the front?

I'll be in the area this week and I'll see if I can get a closer look at it.

The intake looks to be this.
