I would be greatfully for any help on this because I have no experiance with coil over or fatman subframe. I currently have moser 4.11 rear end, sport bear brake kit, hotkis suspension system, stange shocks, new stock upper and lower control arms, stock subframe and caltracs. It is going to chop shop custums monday and he is replacing quarters, trunk pan, tail pan and install DSE mini tub kit. I told him to tell me as we go if he had any good ideas let me know so he mentioned fat man for front and complete coilover 9" ford rear end kit that bolts on and lets a wider tire fit to handle 650Lbs. I do trust him but will this make a huge difference compaired to what I already bought? I have right about 47k spent already and if it is not a major difference then I will not have to break open my penny jar "its getting tight". I know the control arms must go but when I bought those I was on the keep it stock but that changed once I saw the 572bb.

Check out one of the sponsors to the right. Give Tyler a call at ATS. They have a set up out called the chicane (I think). Uses their tall spindles with stock sub and a-arms. Or if you want a little more exotic call DSE. Both are good companies that have quality products. The springs in the DSE kit are actually good for springs, so I can't see putting in a four link unless you really want to. Also, if I recall the fatman stuff is based on MII stuff. Another solution is speedtech arms with the G-mod and a QA-1 coilovers. Just a thought.

I did not see the type car you have. I have the Fatman suspension on my 67 Chevy II. I built my car before chassisworks was for sale. I say that because if I were to do it now, I would do different. The shock towers are a huge limitation in packaging your engine compartment and third gen stuff is very dated now. Shock selection using the struts from a third gen is slim to none.
I do like the chassisworks and would use it.
