Odd resemblance to Nissan GT-R

I kind of like it.
Not really digging the new body style of the Mustangs at all, but I like this car. That interior looks killer too. Those seats look awesome.
The wing looks a little funky, but Ford says it plays a big purpose in down force and it is made of carbon fiber as well as the wheels.

It looks almost like an Infiniti g35 or nissan gtr revamp then it does a mustang. It looks a little to much like an import to be a muscle car. Not digging it.

I plan on getting rid of my c6z for a gt350 non r. I just love the looks of this thing. And while the gr350r is bad ass, I think I could make the basic gt350 look just as cool for less money. Besides, I'd be afraid to drive the carbon wheels on the street. Not for the durability but for the theft...

Rumor is, it did the Ring 5 seconds faster than the Z/28.

Horsepowerkings is a known rumor spreading site. The Moderators on Mustang6g have already put out on their site, any linking to that article will be locked and deleted. Ford knows what the car runs around the ring, but they dont publish those times. So unless someone privately takes one to the ring and runs, we'll never know the offical time.

From a marketing standpoint, the Ford brass would be absolute FOOLS, if in fact this car was faster at the Ring than the Z, and refused to BRAG about the numbers. It just doesn't make good business sense to remain quiet about a cars numbers that are faster/quicker than its competition.
If it turns out that this car is in fact quicker around the Ring than the Z/28, I for one, would like to hear why Ford would refuse to throw numbers out there...

They, Ford, may be keeping it under wraps for now. Just an "assumption".
Look at what Dodge and SRT did. They said the Hellcat would be about 600 HP. months and months before the car was going to be built. It's over 700 HP. And a pretty nasty beast.

Something to keep in mind about the Z/28's time at Nurburgring was it was done in the rain. According to this article GM feels that there is another six seconds in the car. So depending what Ford is basing the GT350R's time off of the Z/28 may still be faster, by one second.
Another thing to think about, the new Mustang is just finally catching up to the outgoing Camaro.

The Camaro didn't run all of it in the rain. I just watched the video and the track definitely looked wet in certain places and shortly before the last long straight it started raining.
I love the look of the GT350R, but as noted, there will be a new Camaro for 2016, rumored to be smaller and lighter!
