If the radiator is still for sale and a good deal i will take it. Cash ready
Maybe we can work a package deal with a transmission. Which would be the best for a stock ls2 or ls3?
Mark,
Will you ship the sub to CA? Your PM box is full.

Well everything is sold except the brakes and I didn't real want to sell them anyway.
Thanks
I'll work on a better way of dong it next round.
Sorry if I made anyone mad I just sold stuff to the first person who said they would take it. I was working on the car yesterday and having a good day and did not have time to look through all the e-mail traffic.
Thanks to the Lateral G community for a great sale.
Now I have to ship all this stuff :hairpullout:

Was I the first person on the dash? I would figure so since I was the first to post, pm and email within 10 min from the original listing.

Sorry you were not the first person to say I'll take it. You said this.
"I will most likely take it. Come with the Vintage air controller."
The next person said I'll take it. Sorry maybe Jody will let us do an auction next time. Seems like I sold this stuff too cheap.

That was the PM I sent. I also asked if you took paypal on email an send a few seconds later which I hope would have been a statement on my intention to purchase it. I sent a pm, an email and replied to the thread. I think that's a pretty solid attempt to purchase something.

Only one way to fix this. Arm wresting tournament on pay-per-view. WAY cooler than rock, paper, scissors, and the proceeds from ticket sales go to Jody for having the greatest car forum on the web.

Im really not just trying to be a pain in the ass. I had 100% intentions or purchasing the dash regardless of if the VA controller was included. I sent the PM with the question then read the ad again and saw you preferred email so then I sent the email and just to make 100% sure you knew I was interested I replied here. I also sent you an email this morning following up because I wanted the part. I dont know what else I could have done. Hell I even included my phone number on the email in case you wanted to call me.

I can't tell you how many times I have lost out on a good deal because I did not definitively say "I'll take it!" I also can't tell you how many times I have had people ask for my paypal address and never commit to buying it. Even more complicated is that screen names and e-mail addresses never match so it is hard to keep track of everyone who inquires. Tough deal all the way around.

I am little upset, I was interested in the radiator (Which the price was not shown) so you disregard people and take the 1st committment . Pretty classless in my book.

Pretty sure it looks like the radiator was not for sale. Never mentioned in the post and it looks like one picture with the radiator and the seat, which was for sale. Classless is a pretty strong word.

You are right. Classless is too strong a word. I apologigize as I don't know the circustances. but it was poorly handled as the Radiator was sold and I was the 3rd person to respond on the initial thread and was e-mailed that it was sold.

I dont know too many people that would buy something without asking for shippimg details or payment details. Sounds like Mark has not shipped this stuff yet and has the opportunity to make this right if he wants to.

Sorry if I made some people made.
I read through all the emails this morning and I had one person who wanted a "package deal".
It is way easier for me to put all this stuff on one pallet and ship it to one person. Yes so and so was the first on the headers and another on the radiator.
I had one person who wanted the sub frame, rad and headers. I knew I was going to have to freight ship the sub frame and the person who wanted it is helping me arrange freight.
For me to box and ship all that to one person is easier.
So as far as being "classless" I was just trying to help some folks out on this great sight. I'll list one item at a time in the future.
Sorry if I offended people.

Thanks Mark, I appreciate that you offered them to the forum,

Mark,
IMO you did NOTHING wrong and have no reason to apologize to anybody. You posted up items for sale and based on the interest and offers received you made a decision to sell to whom ever you sold to.
You're offering these items to the Lateral G members is pure class.
It's not like a bunch of kids claiming "dibs" on a piece of chocolate cake here.
I can't tell you how many times when I post a for sale guys say "I'll take it" and never follow through.

Wow someone with 8 posts and that's what you come up with!! That sh!t pisses me off to no end! As someone who has dealt with Mark in the past he is as classy as they come.
Sorry Mark for jumping in but it bugs me when people cry over sour grapes!!!

Well then i might as well :gitrdun: now. I will take the next deal on a radiator from you shipped to dallas, Tx and a engine/ transmission package. O wait is that to early?
Relax people. Dibbs, i said it first, etc doesn't matter. Its his choice to sell his stuff to whoever he wants too. Any good deals come up in the future please let me know

Mark has the right to sell his parts to the first second or 50th person to jump in line.
Because it's his stuff. Stop being a disgrace and insult to this forum and to someone that has taken the time out of his day to contribute immensely.
I wanted the seats headers and transmission - didn't get any and I'm not crying bout it.
I'm saying this because Mark is too nice and too classy.

As soon as I saw this thread I posted that I wanted the dash and followed that up with an email to Mark. I don't know what number on the list I was but I was down there. Mark still emailed me and told me he was sorry, he had already sold it, that's the opposite of "classless" where I come from.

Wow.....all you crybabies posting on here are unreal. I was the one that Mark sold the dash too. We had a done deal. Then he felt it was wrong of what happened and refunded me my money. Am I upset ? NO. Not really.
This guy has shared his Knowledge of Pro touring cars with the world. just because he got crossed up on a few parts. you are bashing him and demeaning the man. He doesn't have to share crap with any of us. please lets keep that in mind before you talk all this trash.
