For your big hp LS engines Speedtech Performance has just introduced our new 2” primary tube, 3 ½” collector LS headers. These fully TIG welded Stainless Steel performance headers are made by hand in house and are available for ‘67-69 Camaros and ‘68-74 Novas for both our Pro Touring Subframe and the GM subframe.
If you’ve got an LS in the “lower” 450-550 hp range where 2” tubes might be a little too much, we also offer the same high quality stainless header in a 1 ¾” tube, 3” collector version. Check out our headers and other performance products at www.speedtechperformance.com (http://www.speedtechperformance.com/).

Thanks, but the praise goes to Ryan our welding team leader. He's the master of the TIG welder and when he builds a set of these it's like art in the making!

Any idea if these will work with a DSE subframe?

Please note Tim that these are designed for 1st gen cars and will not fit well in a 2nd gen Camaro.
The 2" headers are based on the design of our 1 3/4" headers, basically just larger tubes. We have tested the 1 3/4" headers with a Ridetech True Turn system and they fit fine, so the 2" should fit fine in that application too.

I dug up some older photos that show our 1 3/4" headers in a DSE subframe. With the 2" based on the 1 3/4" it should work ok, but again we personally haven't tried this combo.

They look great. Do you offer a 1 7/8" set?

Ben,
Keep in mind when it comes to DSE's frame, very little difference. In fact my DSE frame for my 70 camaro is using their 67-69 headers as well as your 67-69 crossmember. If your headers fit the DSE frame, should fit the sec gen DSE frame too.

Good info.
Sorry fellas, we have either the 1 3/4" or 2" on the line up, no 1 7/8" planned.
