You may want to post who manufactured it as I am sure that question is bound to come up. Also appears to be based around C4 suspension components?

That looks like it's probably an old art Rasmussen subframe? No clue how those stack up against more current stuff, however.

right on...it was a Art Rassmussen frame which is more commonly known as Wayne Duo....
