Looks like I am going to need atleast an 1/8"-1/4" spacer to clear the front calipers on my Nova project. Did a little research but came to no real concensus on the best type/quality of wheel spacers? Not sure if steel or aluminum is the way to go? Any help or info is appreciated

I used the Baer aluminum spacers with great success. I would highly recommend them. Only down side is they are a bit over priced.

For a 1/4" spacer, I would stick with a 6061-T6 aluminum unit for the best strength to weight ratio. For an 1/8" spacer, stainless or plated steel is probably going to be your best bet.

Hi Tobin, I highlighted part of your post. Im curious why?
Im going to disagree with the use of stainless as a spacer due to galvanic corrosion concerns (when using aluminum wheels). I personally would use aluminum for all your spacer/adapter needs.

Tobin do you sell them by chance? Really only need the 1/8" I believe

Good point, galvanic corrosion is a valid concern. For those not aware of the materials science behind galvanic corrosion, you need three things for it to take place:
1. Two metals with different corrosion potentials, which 304/316 SS and aluminum would qualify. These relative potentials can be found on cathodic/anodic material charts.
2. Direct metal to metal contact, which we would have.
3. And an electrolyte between said surfaces, aka water, which will vary depending on location, humidity, etc.
In a dry environment or on a garaged application, I don't think you'd have any issues with a 300-series stainless. That said, I would prefer to use similar materials, however cutting an 1/8" thick aluminum disc flat and parallel from bar stock is easier said than done. I've found one option in 6061-T6 aluminum through Summit here (http://www.summitracing.com/search/part-type/wheel-spacers/thickness-in/0-125-in?N=4294947565%2B4294947552) that might be a good option, although I prefer to maintain hubcentricity on the spacer myself, which that one does not appear to do.
If I were making them, mild steel is certainly cheaper in that thickness range and can be zinc plated (dichromate or galvanized), which would be very close to aluminum with respect to corrosion potentials thereby minimizing the potential for galvanic corrosion.
